We want you to love your shoes, but if you don't we will happily offer exchanges, or refunds within 14 days.
Exchanges, or Returns will be offered for unworn shoes in their original packaging.
To complete your exchange/return, please provide us with your original order number, full name and best form of contact. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. NOTE: many exchanges are handled the same day it is discussed with you.
We will be happy to email you a pre-paid UPS shipping labelfor you to print out. We will charge your account $15. This typically will reduce your return cost and will be more convenient.
