I love these shoes. I ordered a 9 bur it was so small. the support person said she had to go a size up because of hi in step. that was helpful. I hope the company can design more of this style but design a little wider for those of us with high instep. I would have ordered a 91/2 but I felt the heel would slip. your company has been very attentive with a personal touch.

Buying shoes online can be a challenge if you are unfamiliar with the designer and I had to exchange a few pairs to find my correct size. Jill was so helpful and prompt in her service, the customer service at Shoooz is amazing.
As for the shoes, they may pinch a bit if you have wide feet until they stretch out. I have high arches and they are somewhat painful to wear at the moment, I am told they will stretch. Hopefully, they do, because these shoes are too cute not to wear!

I saw on the web that you had the Softwaves that I have been wanting forever. I went to a local shoe store in my area to get them. The customer service was terrible. They tried to get me to buy a pair that were too big and put a cork insole in to make them more snug. For the price of the shoes, I didn’t want to have to “try” and make them fit. When I got in contact with your store, the customer service was amazing. You explained the sizing and I got the perfect fitting shoes. Super duper fast shipping! The CADIE-M Kaki Slip-on Platform Loafer is so comfortable and goes with everything. I get so many compliments on them. Jyll was so very helpful. I ordered the Sahara at first and was unsure about the size and color. She assured me I had selected the correct size after I explained how they were fitting my foot. I unknowingly ordered the wrong size in Soft Waves; the shoe was slightly big and slipped on my heel. Being out of state, I called the store to explain my dilemma and got the nicest lady on the phone who explained the sizing and fit if the shoe. Love these shoes. True to size. I’m a teacher with a torn meniscus, so I needed a shoe that was comfortable and supportive yet still professional. These shoes meet that criteria! My only complaint is the price. If they weren’t so expensive I’d order several more.
